POSTAGE

All items in this store are handmade to order in Australia, please allow up to 7 days for making plus postage time. 

Postage estimates within Australia are 3-5 business days for standard mail. This is the most cost effective method, if you need express just let me know (approx $10). 

International postage can take 4-25 business days depending on the destination, and method selected. By default I offer tracked standard air mail, not insured. If you would like express upgrades or insurance please contact me.

RETURNS

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on items made for piercings e.g. nose rings or earrings due to hygiene reasons, please ask questions if you are unsure about your purchase!

Non-pierced items can be returned within 14 days for exchange, 110% Store credit or a refund. Shop with peace of mind!

Return postage is at the expense of the customer, and we recommend choosing a tracked or registered method for peace of mind. BaseBorn is not responsible for items lost in the mail in transit to us.
